Decluster / Recluster Decision

On February 6, 2010 a representative from Church of the Madonna met with St. Gregory's "1st Saturday Leadership Team" to discuss (and offer) the possibility of 'declustering' Madonna and St. Gregory.  The option was to join the two churches and have Fr. Tim as the Pastor.  The team carefully considered the options and then voted.  The final decision was difficult, however, we decided to decline the offer at this time.  With that, a formal response was drafted and sent to the Church of the Madonna Leadership Team from St. Gregory.  The letter that was drafted and approved is attached below.
